Staybridge Suites - Charlotte Ballantyne by IHG

The hot breakfast provided every morning was a very satisfying bonus with the stay. Delicious options and nicely prepared. Indoor pool and Hot tub was great amenities as well. Area was well maintained

We enjoyed everything about the breakfast! There were plenty of options, the food was replenished quickly, there were plenty of seats available and the food was delicious!!! The pool was nice and the water temperature was perfect!

Found this place by chance for my anniversary that just so happened to fall on a weekday this year. When we checked in, there was a social going on in the dining area with free food and drinks! The staff were so friendly and invited us to come back down and hang out then also let us keep a whole bottle of one of the unfinished, barely opened bottles of wine (They opened the second one when we told them it was our special day). They were also super nice when we had asked for more sheets/ pillows. Although my husband had to go down to grab them, we didn’t mind since the staff were so nice and it was much better they asked if we wanted to go grab it versus just letting us wait since the person who hands them out was busy at the time. Overall, super good stay and we definitely will be back!

We were happy. The price-quality ratio. In this price category, this was the best breakfast, there was no microwave in the kitchen, we had to go and make porridge in the room. But everything is super, a beautiful area for walks, a beautiful lobby where breakfast is served. We took a room with a mini kitchen, there were all the dishes and even pots. If we go in this direction again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. The bathroom was clean.

I loved everything about the property but the keen attention to detail is what really sold me. For instance our room had a laundry basket and the kitchen was fully equipped and included a pitcher, extra hidden trash can and paper towels. The breakfast was also excellent and had something for everyone to enjoy.
